What I find most different in th...You are so right. What I find most different in the Pacific Northwest are the chips and taco shells. They don't make them out of regular corn tortillas, so they don't fry up as crisp and puffy. It's one reason our trips to LA are so much fun in the winter season. They do have this great white queso that is so much better than the yellow cheese dip.
